Great screenprinting starts with great artwork. The better and cleaner the artwork, the better and cleaner the print. Having said that, I must stress the importance of having good artwork. Many customers pull art from the internet for their artwork, not saying that it won't work, but often times than not, it doesn't give the optimum quality for printing. And on top of that, it usually requires more preparation work which leads to steeper art preparation charges.

• What is the minimum number of pieces for screenprinting?
You need to have at least 12 pieces for a complete screenprinting order.

• What is the normal turnaround time for orders?
The normal turnaround time is 4 to 5 days of the day the order was placed.

• What are your methods of payment?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit, Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress. A 50% deposit is required on all orders.

• Can I re-order my design?
Yes. We keep records of your printed artwork for re-orders.

• Can you design my artwork for me?
Yes. Depending on the complexity of your artwork, we can design it on the spot or within the time frame of printing date.

• Do you accept digital artwork?
Yes. A digital file is usually the best way to submit your artwork.

• What type of file types do you accept for digital artwork?
We accept EPS, AI, CDR, PDF, TIFF, PSD, JPEG and some others.
